This book is dedicated to my good friends Brent Murdock, Jeff Peters, Ken Faurot, Larry Cernik, Larry Crawford, and Jim Mueller, none of which are particularly famous, but all of which mark the foundations of a new Christian reformation that is sure to shake the world.
